So this photo has somehow managed to spark some sort of debate online.
The officer seen in the photo reportedly ordered that the young female student beside her pack the refuse seen in the photo, with her bare hands.
According to the person who shared the story, the child’s offense was dumping refuse at that spot.
Does anyone have one or two things to say to this sorry case of a security officer?
